... the inspired use of appropriate tools in right relationship that invites a healing process, one which emerges and evolves from within. We are our own healers. No one outside of ourselves can heal us or transform our pain or problems. Only we are able to do this for ourselves through an inner partnership.

At the same time, we need support from others.  We need to be held in safety to access our inner feelings, needs and vulnerabilities.  We need outside intervention to interrupt carried trauma patterning and conditioning that prevents us from being consciously aware of our true nature.  This is the active role that I take in your healing process.

Awareness in co-creative relationship, then, is the first step in healing. The next is taking personal responsibility for the discovered truth. The third step is right action, acting appropriately on this truth and grounding it into one’s life.
